I paid but I don’t see my download/it shows I’m not activated

On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of a membership plan and you have not received your account welcome email within 15 minutes of placing an order, please open a support ticket immediately. Ensure to include your username, email and anything else that might be helpful.
PayPal users: If you paid using Paypal eCheck you must wait until your check clears before your account is fully activated.
